You have to book a call to learn more… but from the information we could find online this course currently costs $4,800. If you can’t afford to spend several hundred or several thousand dollars, then this might be a great option to dip your toes in and start learning about the wholesaling real estate process. You’re probably not going to do your first deal after going through this course, but it can still be a great starting place.
Jamil Damji is a force to be reckoned with in the wholesaling real estate world. You may have seen some of his hilarious (and super engaging) Facebook ads. He’s great at teaching beginners and experts alike how to build successful wholesaling real estate businesses. And his primary business, Astroflipping, focuses on exactly that. There are two different options — you can either sign up for his Astro Accelerator or his Astro Accelerator Executive, which comes with a bit more content and support. His price-point is hidden behind an application, but from what we can find online he’s currently charging upwards of $7,000 (depending on the package you choose).

But keep in mind that Ryan also recommends having at least a $3,000/month budget for marketing. So this is a great option if you’ve done a few deals and want to level up your game, but not if you’re a complete beginner.
